Yeah I had thunt for DOS on a floppy that i'd carry over to daycare when I was younger and play it on the PC lol.

Mint is my favorite Linux Distro still however. I have 10 Julia, and 11, Kayata*? both burned to DVD's for keepsake now. GREAT utilities for data recovery and other hard drive trouble's.

I've been working with Debian lately, a way of replacing Windows which is a little hard myself.

I know, I want to replace W7 on my laptop with Fedora (Which I did) but it's giving me a bunch of headache. I can't even go to facebook or youtube if I'm logged in to either site.

Eh, everything has been running good here with Debian :) I run the latest Gnome with it & not much of a headache once you can set up to use for a while. In time, if you can switch at which life would allow you to, you'll be able to switch but because Windows is M$, they will remain around since it's one of those things that is so "User Friendly" :/

It's a toss up between Ubuntu and BackTrack.

My favorite Linux distribution is Arclinux, this is compliantly real operating system, i am glad when i am using my system, can do anything what i need, also i don't have problems with "crushing", updates..etc ( many Debian disto has this problems ) anyway this is my personal opinion.

I like Mint, and the Cinnamon desktop is really to my liking. Unfortunately, the drivers for my graphics card run the card hot and keep the card's fan blowing very loud, so at least for the time being Linux just won't cut it for me.

BlackBuntu FTW. I like it. I like backtrack, but I don't like the default login as root.
