Is that an official Microsoft video? Rolling
I acted almost exactly like that guy (minus officer cupcake) until IE9 came out. It really isn't that bad. I prefer nightly over it, but at the same time I would choose it over Chrome. They definitely did put a lot of work into it.

Hahaha! "Don't interrupt me Nancy!".

We are still on IE8 at work. I pray for the day that our computers are upgraded. (Apart from the developing for IE woes, we tend to have a lot of other things break at the hands of IE from time to time).

Wow, this short video brings back memories :) I'm kidding.I actually still "hate" IE. I don't think I ever liked using it, it was extremely slow even 10-15 years back so I used the Netscape Browser instead.
Now I use both Chrome and Mozilla, I still need a lot of therapy to be able to use IE Blush

RE: The Browser You Loved To Hate
I don't use IE either, but from what i've heard benchmark tests show IE 10 actually is beating chrome and firefox. IE 9 had improved security from my knowledge, IE 10 with a few minor changes, and a great performance boost had been the revolution for their new release.

I've heard a couple say that they may not move back to chrome from IE 10. But now if I was to switch over it would include a few other idiosyncrasies with navigation and all of that in which I would have to get used to. And also, I use addons that are on firefox that you can't get with other browsers, or either they are just not as "powerful".

I don't think I would willingly stop using Firefox. It's a dedication thing, I guess. Not to mention the absolute plethora of addons. I also find that Firefox is the most comfortable to use. I think IE is too cluttered, and I think Chrome is WAY too basic.

So... Dragging the shortcut to the bin means it's uninstalled? MAGIC!

RE: The Browser You Loved To Hate
So many opinions! Could I share mine? Tongue2
I started browsing the 'net with Netscape. IE was awful back then.

Then they said the newer versions are improved and work a lot better so I switched to IE. Meanwhile, Netscape disappeared and Mozilla appeared. It took me a lot of time to get used to Mozilla (everyone was saying how great it is). Then there was Opera, Safari, Firebird... oh my God, lots of them.

I got so sick of changing browsers, I decided to stick to Chrome. It's "way too basic", like Ghoster said, but I can honestly say I really don't care that IE improved, I'm not switching to another browser anytime soon!
