No, I put it on my desktop. I'm quite sure I've never had a problem like this before.

Take ownership of the file and change it's permissions to appropriate settings?

It says I have full permissions for the file, but it still will not let me upload it. :/

What are the exact errors you get? Are they Windows errors or Mediafire errors? If it's a Windows permissional error then you don't have full permissions on that file. (That's an illusion anyways on Windows.)

Right click on the file, archive it, then upload the archive instead.

Lol, I tried both archiving it, and adding it into a folder and archiving that. They both give me permission errors.

So you can't rename the file or delete it or anything? You're doing something wrong or you hadn't changed the permissions to allow you full control entirely.
