Same here, but if you're going to contribute, i'm sure those contributors would love to hear guidelines so that their contribution has a chance of being valuable at all. As I can't see personally if I was the only judge of this, using those ads with "Free" anywhere in it.

Instead of saying "Just do something", they spend time on something they think looks good, and we come back at them "Oh, that's no good", what i'm trying to do here is to help others make use of their time to create something based on our guidelines so that at least they don't get the sense that they are wasting their time.
