I don't think he means incorporate it into TLF. I think it's a Ticket system that could be used for anything really. Am I right Smed?

I was getting the wrong idea then from the start lol :) Seems good though. I had an idea of a person to person chat client as well.

Still, a good idea, but requires webspace, database and lots of programming also to make everything secure.

You have to make a secure the VB.Net -> PHP connection. Encrypt EVERYTHING. Make the PHP bugless (no injections), etc.

No there's ways it could be done, a little tricky though. But you'd need to figure out where the information for the tickets is getting stored. That would be the first thing. You wouldn't have the program running all the time, so when your application closes, you'd need a way to still have others be able to read the information about your ticket. So my guess is that it would have to be an online thing for a database on a website or something. You could technically make it local storage for a program that would relay the information through the program to other programs out there, however when you turn your computer off or even stop the application, that information would no longer 'exist' to other applications out there.
