@Ace i was thinking it would use a database and other online files. to store the infomation if that is possible

Yeah, it should be, you'd just have to set the write access for the file on the server or 'database' so that it can be written to by others.

You need to have a database or somewhere to store it first, otherwise the work that went into it would have been for nothing

This thing is kind of easy to do storage can be dine through ftp (but there will be security flaws) or sent to a server that then retrieves info from a database (maximum security) or directly from database (but again security flaw) the thing could have two clients or two forms when logging in you check textbox help or helping (stupid names but that will be changed) im ready to help you guys if youre developping it in vb.net.

Again sorry for typos as im typing using my phone

I know it can be done through ftp, but who has one that they're willing to give up for access from the application?

http://e-nautia.com/disk/ Free disk space that can be used as ftp we can start using that until the software grows then use something better but that will come as time passes
