Resources to learn Linux commands
I'm not very familiar with Linux but I can't say I've never used it. The first time I saw how it looked like was in college where I learned some basic commands, but nothing more.

What are some good resources where you can learn some Linux programming? Is is difficult?

RE: Resources to learn Linux commands
Can't say I would know much either, but one of my friends has been using Linux for years now as his main OS. Python and C programmer I believe. There are Linux forums that I used back when I was experimenting which Linux Mint, which didn't work well for me. It kept freezing.

I had disabled all the packages for the animations and disabled lots of extra things, but for some reason that still didn't work. Tried the top command and didn't see any high CPU or Mem processes either, so I just gave up on that one. Now I just use Linux when the time is calling for it. I have Linux Mint as a live CD for fixing Windows.

RE: Resources to learn Linux commands
I think a good way to learn how to use Linux is by using a Rasberry Pi or something alike.

You reminded me of the Raspberry Pi, thanks ByteLast!
Ace, I don't think I could ever part with my Windows, I have friends who use Linux on a regular basis too. They all have a bunch of books they learned from but I think the internet is a better resource.
