I only use combofix when the only way to clean my system is by format!
Combofix is my last choice

It just as dangerous as it is effective. I wouldn't recommend any users to use this program without explicit directions from a trained user.

Exactly my point. It isn't a scanner like Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware that you can use anytime you wish because it is such an advanced tool that requires knowledge prior use. I suppose you also do not understand the log it produces, and I mean this in the most respectful way. You cannot say "it works fine for me" unless you can understand its report. It's not a scanner.
