RE: BSOD Crew Recruitment Thread
You accepted him without an application? o_O

Also, is there any tutorials in the BSOD group section? I'd love to know how to analyse the dumps, so not only can I help out here, but so I can help everyone out, everywhere I can. :)

Let me know, so I can fill in the app.

You're right... lol I haven't been dealing with this group for a while in terms of applications so I forgot about that process. Not much people that are willing to actually learn about all this advanced stuff though here quite yet, so I usually remember just accepting anyone willing to learn so I could teach them whatever i've learned about it.

Everything important that i've done, i've made sure to title with the tag [BSOD Crew] so if you use the Advanced search and use that as you're identifier text you should be able to find most of what i've posted for the group. Did this mainly so it's easy for myself to find as well, and if it becomes big enough, then I can easilly find and place them into a forum of it's own. But right now it's suitable in the Crash forum section.

In the meantime you can still review the material and all that, i'll give you the userbar and everything when you hit 50 posts, but until then don't be discouraged to take the opportunity to learn from the guides and threads i've already posted around the forum in the crash and hardware section. :) The userbar is just something flashy, the learning experience is 10 times more important.

You can use this template to apply:
Quote:
Code:
[color=#004b91][b]Username:[/b][/color]
[color=#004b91][b]*Age:[/b][/color]
[color=#004b91][b]Experience for group:[/b][/color]
[color=#004b91][b]Years of dealing with computers:[/b][/color]
[color=#004b91][b]Have you used any BSOD debugging tools before?[/b][/color]
[color=#004b91][b]Are you a patient and methodical computer user?[/b][/color]
[color=#004b91][b]What Contribution(s) Can You Bring to the Group?[/b][/color]
[color=#004b91][b]*Anything Else?[/b][/color]

Although I know well enough what you're capable of and the years of experience that you've got so I can add you in a little while here. By forum guidelines though we have group applications set to a minimum of 10 posts to join a group.

I'll consider you a member until then though :) You're definitely welcome to the BSOD crew zigzag :)
